Prices

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are correct at time of viewing E&OE.

Ownership

All products remain the property of 4-Max until paid for in full.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched via 1st class post or 1st class registered post (depending upon Value) and will require a signature by the receiver.

The shipping cost is calculated upon weight. As soon as an item is added to the shopping basket the cost of shipping is immediately calculated and is visible in the shopping cart.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day but could be up to 3 working days.

Product Quality / Returns / Refund Policy / Order Cancellation

In the unlikely event of your products arriving in anything less than perfect condition please use the 'Contact Us' form and we will send you instructions regarding the return for a free replacement or a refund.
All items leave us in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which has obviously been damaged in transit.

Any items that have been involved in a crash or accident at any times are not covered by our guarantee.
Any items that have been modified or disassembled at any time are not covered by our guarantee.

ITEMS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER ISSUED BY US BEFORE THEY CAN BE RETURNED.
PLEASE EMAIL US FOR AN RMA NUMBER AND GIVE THE REASON YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM(S)
ITEMS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED

Overseas Deliveries

All deliveries to the EU are not guaranteed unless the customer opts for the additional "International signed for" service. All deliveries outside of the EU are not guaranteed at all.
