Brushless Electric Setup for the Predator

Brushless Electric Setup for the Predator

Brushless Electric Setup for the Predator

The Predator built from the Plan published in the Sep 1996 edition of RCM&E and based very loosely on the Grumman X-29. I have extended the front by 120mm to help balance the 4-Max motor and 3300mah 11.1v Li-Po. And I have also added a rudder but this is not very effective.

I am going to try 8x8 this pulls 420w at 44A
The plane will fly at half throttle with flight time around 10 to 12 minuets.
Thanks George for your advice setting this one up you were bang on first time, this plane is a joy to fly and a head turner.
