Tony Nijhuis 49 inch Avro Vulcan

Photos of my 49in Vulcan, built from a Tony Nijhuis kit, purchased at the end of 2015. 

These photos were taken at ex RAF base at Thorney Island, where the use of a concrete runway proved essential.

As I support full size Vulcan XM655 based at Wellesbourne Mountford aerodrome, I decided to finish my model as XM655 (rather than the more usual XH558).
